User Registration

Open the AccXchange program once you downloaded and installed it and select new user, and register now option. 

Then enter your email id through which you want to register. An email with OTP (One Time Password) will be sent to your email id for confirmation. Enter the OTP which you have received in email. Then change your password and you are good to go.

Your user name will be your Email Id. After you have entered OTP to confirm your email id, you will be asked to change your password.

If you forgot your password then select forgot password option=> enter your email address => your password will be sent to your email id.

You cannot register twice with same email id and the AccXchange will prompt you accordingly.

Please check your spam folder for OTP. If the OTP is not there then please click on resend OTP option.

AccXchange installation is bound by Hard Disk id, even you change PC you cannot use your id on other PC.


Please contact us for the change in Hard Disk id for your user id. In coming days, we will provide features to transfer AccXchange from One PC to another PC at your will with a self-assisted procedure.
